Shipping Policy

At Unique Merch SA, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

• Lead Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received. During busy or “silly season” periods, please allow 3–5 working days.

• Delivery Options: We ship nationwide via The Courier Guy and PUDO.

• Delivery Time: Courier delivery generally takes 1–3 working days depending on your location.

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout. Free delivery applies to orders over R850.

• Tracking: Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

• Delays: We are not responsible for courier delays, lost or damaged parcels once the package has been collected by the courier.

• Collections: Orders can be collected by prior arrangement from our Cape Town studio. You’ll be notified once your order is ready.

Please plan accordingly — no rushed orders are accepted during busy periods.
