Welcome to Unique Merch SA. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.

Products and Orders

All custom products are made to order.
Artwork is printed exactly as supplied unless design assistance is requested.
We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, sizing, spelling, colours or low-resolution files.
Once artwork is submitted or approved, changes cannot be made and refunds cannot be issued on custom items.

Payment

Full payment is required before production begins.
Orders only enter the queue once payment reflects.
Unpaid orders may be cancelled.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 1 to 3 working days.
Silly season peak turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days.
Turnaround time starts once payment and artwork are confirmed.

Delivery

We ship nationwide across South Africa.
Once parcels are handed to the courier, delivery delays are outside our control.
If a parcel returns due to incorrect address or failed delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.

Refunds and Returns

Custom items are non refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
No refunds or returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind or customer artwork errors.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork must be print-ready in PNG format, transparent background if required, correct print size and 300dpi resolution.
If you require artwork assistance, design fees may apply.

Canva Artwork Disclaimer

If artwork is provided via Canva file or Canva link, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure
Correct sizing
Transparent background if required
High resolution export settings
All fonts, icons and elements are correctly embedded or flattened
No unwanted outlines, shadows, strokes, glow effects or white edges are present

We are not responsible for
Low resolution or pixelation due to Canva elements
Invisible backgrounds or incorrect transparency settings
Lines, shadows, glows, outlines or effects showing in print
Missing fonts or missing elements caused by Canva export issues

We print artwork exactly as supplied. Please double check your file before sending.

Copyright and Ownership

By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights to reproduce it.
We do not print copyrighted or trademarked designs without proof of permission.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork that violates copyright or our standards.

Customer-Supplied Garments

We can print on customer-supplied garments only if they are brand-new and clean.
We cannot guarantee print results on unknown fabrics and are not liable for damage to customer-supplied items.

Privacy

Customer information is used only to process and deliver orders and will not be shared.

Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
