Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
During peak or silly season, processing may take 3–5 working days.
Production begins once payment reflects.

Delivery

Courier and PUDO options are available.
Free delivery applies to orders over R850.
Delivery time is typically 1–5 working days depending on location.
Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Collections

Collections are available in Cape Town by arrangement.
We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
